Back in 95 Brian Solomon went on a fishing trip to the Baja with his buddies. After a long day of catching he found a stop on the marina to enjoy some fish tacos and margaritas.
Enjoying the view and relaxed atmosphere of this paradise he saw the opportunity and took it. Moved his family to Cabo from California and created now what is well known as Solomon’s Landing.
With his background as a certified chef with Le Cordon Blue training and his passion for fishing he took this taco stand to the next level, turned it into what is now, extensive menus with an international cuisine and a specialty in seafood fresh from the Baja.
